By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using PuzzleRush
PuzzleRush is a casual puzzle game for a general audience. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms.

Player accounts
- You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts.
- Choose a handle and display name that follow the acceptable-use rules below. We may change or remove names that do not.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Guest accounts
You may be able to play as a guest without registering. Guest progress may be tied to a single installation and can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change devices. Acceptable use
When using the Service, do not:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use the Service to send spam, malware or misleading content; or
- impersonate HQM Apps, our team or another player.
Cheating & automation
Fair play matters, especially in Friend Challenges and online competition. You must not use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, emulators intended to gain an advantage, exploits or any other unauthorised tools; manipulate scores, results, ratings or the game economy; or deliberately lose, collude or share accounts to manipulate rankings. If you find a bug or exploit, please report it to us rather than using it.
Abusive behaviour
Treat other players with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, bullying, and offensive or misleading names are not allowed. You can report players who break these rules; see Reporting another player.
Game economy
PuzzleRush may include in-game currency, items and rewards. These are a limited licence to use features within the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may adjust balances or remove items obtained through bugs, exploits or cheating, and we may change the economy to keep the game balanced.

Online competition
Friend Challenges and, once released, Quick Match and Ranked depend on network conditions and other players. Results, ratings and leaderboards are calculated by our systems and may be corrected if we detect errors or cheating. Online competition in PuzzleRush is for entertainment only and offers no real-world prizes.
Moderation
To keep the community safe we may review reports, game records and account activity, and take action such as warnings, name changes, removal of content, temporary restrictions or permanent bans. We aim to act fairly and proportionately.To be confirmedHow a player can appeal a moderation decision.
Service availability
We work to keep PuzzleRush running smoothly, but the Service is provided as available. Online features may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Some features need an internet connection and a supported Android version.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other players or the Service at risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Intellectual property
PuzzleRush, HQM Apps and all game content — including software, puzzles, artwork, names, logos and text — belong to HQM Apps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
Changes to the service & terms
Games evolve. We may add, change or remove features, modes and content. We may also update these terms; if a change is significant we will give notice, for example in the game or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Account deletion
You can ask us to delete your PuzzleRush account. Deletion is permanent: your progress, items and social connections cannot be restored afterwards. See Account deletion for details.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
